Quality Assurance Plan

Team Integrity’s quality assurance support capability for this proposal comes from our established corporate Quality Process derived from industry best practices.  Our proven quality control process ensures the Navy mission is accomplished and all assigned performance objectives and thresholds are achieved.  Our Quality Process always includes a program Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) that identifies roles, responsibilities, and authorities for inspection, identification, and resolution of issues. This process has resulted in the delivery of a highly praised Mission Command Modernization Strategy for the Headquarters Department of the Army, G8 that defines the strategic direction and way ahead for all Army tactical communications and mission command IT systems across a portfolio valued at $20 billion.

Team Integrity consistently applies our process across each QA task and contract to ensure we provide responsive contract management and documented, rigorous QA peer reviews.  This mechanism ensures the highest possible standards are met for each supported program and/or project. Its implementation has resulted in on-time deliverables within budgeted cost with superior results.  If the deliverable is an engineering report, specification, or briefing, our QA consists of a peer review by team members to include examination of the document structure to ensure objectives, goals, and scope are clearly defined, assumptions are clearly stated, analyses or simulations are clearly outlined and technically sound, and that the conclusions and recommendations are supported by the analysis.  At a minimum, we implement monthly QA meetings between Team Integrity and the customer. Any QA issues are documented and processed for resolution.
